1. All Participants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. The payment will be sent to the person whose account has been used to generate the
    order.

3. The Points will only be awarded once -

    a. You have paid the minimum amount required to release the Booking Confirmation.

    b. You have paid this amount within the time allocated to you as per your booking.                 

    c. Your ‘Booking Confirmation’ is generated by our authorized vendor whose
       service/product you have purchased.

4. Online Transfers

    a. You must provide us with your bank account details as below –

         5.Account Number                                     

         6. IFSC Code
    b. This information must be received from the email address of the account holder whose account has been

        used to purchase the item or service.

    c. We shall make this online transfer within 14 working days after receiving this information from You.

   d. In case of any delay, due to genuine reason, we shall intimate you of the same.

5. Cheque Payments

   a. You must provide us with the account holder’s name on whose name the cheque has to be drawn.       
    b. This information must be received from the email address of the account holder whose account has been
        used to purchase the item or service.
    c. We shall issue you the cheque within 14 working days after receiving this information from You.     
   d. In case of any delay, due to genuine reason, we shall intimate you of the same.
    e.  It is the Participants responsibility to cash the cheque whilst it is still valid                 

6. No Cash payments are allowed as payment towards your points.

7. Disclaimer

    a. DGS shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill this offer where such failure is caused by any supervening         circumstances amounting to force majeure being an event(s) which, without the fault of either party,         render performance impossible or incapable of satisfactory execution.

    b. DGS reserves the right to void, amend, and/or change this promotion at any time and change the
